Nice Habit Manager

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 20, 2026

Nice Habit Manager is an internal Telegram-based assistant used to organize the activities and content of the band Nice Habit. This policy explains what data the assistant processes and why.

1. Data we process

  • Telegram data: Telegram user and chat identifiers, names or usernames, messages sent to the bot, button responses, and media uploaded to it.
  • Band operations data: events, rehearsals, availability, tasks, reminders, and related decisions recorded through the assistant.
  • Content data: photos, videos, audio, documents, filenames, metadata, descriptions, and content ideas submitted to or generated by the assistant.
  • Google Drive data: files and file metadata available through the connected Google account. The current application workflow is configured to work with a designated Nice Habit content folder.
  • Technical data: application logs, timestamps, delivery status, error details, and AI usage metadata needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use data

We process this data only to provide the assistant’s user-facing functions:

  • organize rehearsals, events, tasks, and reminders;
  • receive, store, retrieve, and organize band content;
  • analyze submitted content and suggest ways to use it;
  • prepare drafts, summaries, and recommendations requested by authorized users;
  • maintain security, reliability, auditability, and duplicate protection.

We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or use Google user data for surveillance or unrelated profiling.

3. Google API data

Nice Habit Manager uses the Google Drive API to store and retrieve band content in the connected account. Google authorization tokens are stored securely by the application and are not published or included in the website.

The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke the application’s Google access at any time in your Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents future API access but does not automatically delete files already stored in Google Drive or records retained by the application.

4. AI processing and service providers

When an authorized user requests language understanding or content analysis, relevant text, metadata, or media may be sent to OpenAI through its API. OpenAI processes this data to return the requested result. API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default unless the account owner explicitly opts in.

Data may also be processed by Telegram, Google, the website hosting provider, and infrastructure providers as necessary to deliver the service. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their processing.

5. Storage, retention, and security

Application records are stored in the Nice Habit Manager database and content may be stored in Google Drive or local application storage. Access is limited by user roles and technical credentials. We retain information while it is needed for band operations, audit history, or legal and security obligations, and remove it when it is no longer required.

No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable access controls, secret management, encrypted connections, and operational logging to protect data.

6. Your choices

Authorized users may ask what data is held about them, request correction or deletion, stop sending data to the bot, or revoke connected-service access. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, legal compliance, or the integrity of the band’s operational history.

7. Contact and changes

For privacy questions or requests, contact Nice Habit through Telegram. We may update this policy when the assistant’s data practices change. The current effective date will always appear at the top of this page.
